Hello! I’m cara

pronouns: she/her

Are you facing change? Maybe considering making changes but, feel too overwhelmed? Maybe you're not sure how you identify? Life changes, even those typically seen as “good”, have the potential to evoke anxiety, fear, or depression. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I believe our thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, shape how we feel and behave. Changing your thought process can change life for the better. I partner with you to help make this happen. I strive to help identify faulty automatic thoughts that keep you stuck and change them. I work with teens, adults, and couples on a broad range of issues in Pasadena, CA.
